XCCC: Attachments That Are Sent From Macintosh Clients By Using Outlook Are Not Receved in OWA (815352)

SYMPTOMS

When a Macintosh client sends a message that contains an attachment by using Microsoft Outlook, the recipient may not be able to receive the attachment by using Outlook Web Access (OWA). When you open the message, you may see two attachments instead of one attachment, and the attachments may not be the correct size. Alternatively, you may receive only one attachment, and you cannot open the attachment.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, send files in BinHex format, in ZIP format, or in SIT format if the recipient is another Macintosh user.
