Session Summary
Many factors can affect a Microsoft Systems Management
Server (SMS) 2.0 client installation. In this Support WebCast session, you will
hear the most common reasons that the SMS 2.0 client installation process is
not successful. You will also learn about the discovery, assignment, and
installation process in detail. This process provides the troubleshooting
information that you must have to successfully determine why a client did not
install the SMS 2.0 client software.

Mead. Wally Mead has been with Microsoft for 10 years. He started in the
training organization, where he delivered LAN Manager training. Wally began
working with SMS in 1994, and has been involved in the development and delivery
of all SMS training courses for Microsoft. He now works as a Program Manager in
the SMS product group, and provides training for both internal and external
audiences.
