Session Summary
This Support WebCast will discuss topics that are
related to the administration and maintenance of a Microsoft Content Management
Server (CMS) 2002 installation. This WebCast will focus on developers and those
who may not be systems administrators, but are responsible for maintaining a
CMS server. The topics will include CMS configuration, security considerations
and best practices, database administration and maintenance, IIS maintenance,
and also disaster recovery planning and execution.

Farris. Rodney Farris: Rodney has been working with Microsoft Product Support
as a support professional since February 2000. He has supported a broad range
of Microsoft technologies including Internet Information Server, Application
Center, Index Server, Site Server Search, and FrontPage. Rodney is currently
technical lead for the Content Management Server team. Rodney has a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University and holds both an
MCSE and an MCDBA certification.
