SYMPTOMS
After you follow the steps in the Microsoft Knowledge Base article 328890 to set the
TcpAckFrequency registry entry to the value of 1, you do not see any difference in the delayed TCP Acknowledgment (ACK) behavior of the computer where you modified this entry.
