Minor errors occur when comment Web pages are generated for a Visual C# console application on the Chinese version of Windows (814908)

SYMPTOMS

When you generate Comment Web Pages for a Visual C# console application on a computer that is running on a Chinese version of the Windows operating system, you may receive the following warning message:
Code Comment Web Report has been created with minor errors. Check the error page for more information.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

Steps to Reproduce the Behavior

  1. Start Visual Studio .NET
  2. To create a new project, on the File menu, point to New, and then click Project.
  3. To create a console application, click Visual C# projects under Project Types, click Console Application under Templates, and then click OK.
  4. On the Tools menu, click Build Comment Web Pages, and then click OK.

    You receive the message that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section.
