SYMPTOMS
When you try to install the Business Desk client on a computer that does not have drive C, setup is unsuccessful, and you receive the following error message:

RESOLUTION
A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.

The English version of this fix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the
Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.

The Business Desk client functionality is contained in the ClientSetup.cab file. This file is located in the root directory of the Business Desk Web site or sites. To install this hotfix, replace the version of Clientsetup.cab in the root directory of the affected Business Desk Web site or sites with the version from this hotfix.
