The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Money 2002
- Microsoft Money 2003 Deluxe
- Microsoft Money 2003 Deluxe and Business
- Microsoft Money 2003 Standard
SYMPTOMS If you close Microsoft Money after it stops responding
(hangs) during an electronic payment transaction, you may find duplicate
transactions listed in the check register the next time that you start the
program. When you try to delete one of these duplicate transactions, you may
receive the following error message: This online
transaction has not been completed. You need to send this payment again to
complete the transaction before deleting it. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this behavior, follow these steps. Caution If you follow these steps to turn off Online Services for a financial institution, all E-pays and A-pays for that institution are changed to a "Write a Check" payment type. After you follow these steps, and then turn on the Online Service for the financial institution again, you must manually change the payments back to the correct type of payment.
