SYMPTOMS
After you upgrade your SQL Server client tools to SQL Server
2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3), DTS Designer and SQL Server Enterprise Manager may
disappear unexpectedly because of an unhandled access violation. SQL Server
Enterprise Manager may generate an access violation before it disappears that
is similar to the following access violation:

Click on OK to quit the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
