XCCC: Participants Experience a Temporary Decrease in the Performance of Shared Applications During Online Conference (813143)

SYMPTOMS

When you share an application with other participants in an online conference, participants may experience a temporary decrease in the performance of the shared application during the conference.

CAUSE

This issue may occur when a new participant joins the conference. When a participant joins a conference that is using application sharing, Microsoft NetMeeting recalculates certain application-sharing parameters, such as resolution and color depth. After the parameters of the application are determined, application sharing restarts, and the application is available to participants in the conference.
