SYMPTOMS

When you use Internet Explorer to visit any Web site, multiple windows may open unexpectedly.

CAUSE

This issue may occur after you install WeatherBug by AWS Convergence Technologies, Inc., on your computer.

RESOLUTION

To correct this problem, use one of the following methods, as appropriate to your situation.

Method 1: Install a Fix from WeatherBug

To resolve this issue in WeatherBug version 4.0, download and install the fix from WeatherBug. To do this, visit the following WeatherBug Web site:

Method 2: Upgrade to a Newer Version of WeatherBug

To upgrade to a newer version of WeatherBug, visit the following WeatherBug Web site:
