SYMPTOMS

The Japanese version of Microsoft Windows CE Platform Builder reports that it is the evaluation version of the product.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the Japanese version of hotfix 020725_Q326161 contains a version of the file Devshl.dll that is not correct.
