Method 2: Remove Multimedia Hotkeys Software from Windows
Startup- Click Start, and then click
Run.
- Type MSCONFIG, and then click
OK.
- Click the Startup tab.
- Click to clear the cpatr10 check
box.
- Click OK.
If you are prompted to
do so, restart your computer.
MORE INFORMATIONThe Dri_kbfiltr file is a driver that controls DriTek
Solutions' Multimedia HotKeys software. After you upgrade from Windows XP Home
Edition to Windows XP Professional, this driver no longer works. However, the
hotkey mappings for Multimedia Hotkeys continue to work without this driver
being loaded.
