Some Office XP Programs Are Not Installed (812082)

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use the Add or Remove Programs tool to install the missing Office XP programs. To do so, follow these steps:

Note Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Click Add or Remove Programs.
3. In the Currently installed programs list, click Microsoft Office XP Professional or Microsoft Office XP Standard, and then click Change.
4. In Microsoft Office XP Setup, click Add or Remove Features, and then click Next.
5. In the Features to install tree, click the down arrow next to each program that you want to install, and then click Run all from My Computer.
6. Insert the Office XP installation CD in your CD-ROM drive, and then click Update.
