Session Summary
In early January 2003, Microsoft is publicly releasing a
set of updates, tools, and documents that are collectively referred to as the
Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) Refresh. This Support WebCast will discuss
the Service Pack 1 (SP1) contents, the management pack updates, the new SDK,
and the resource kit. It will also review the effects on and benefits for MOM
customers.

Bob Pulliam. Bob Pulliam is a Technical Product Manager/Product Planner for the
Management Business Group, which includes Application Center, Microsoft
Operations Manager (MOM), and Simple Server Manager (SSM). Before he joined
Microsoft, Bob was a Certified Developer and Instructor for Silverstream and a
Certified Instructor of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design and Configuration
Management courses. He was also a consultant for Andersen Consulting,
specializing in n-tier development and software development processes.
