The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Outlook 2002 Connector
SYMPTOMSWhen you create a new message in Microsoft Outlook 2002
Connector, save the message to your Drafts folder, log on to the Lotus Notes R5
client, open the message that you previously saved in your Drafts folder, and
then send the message, a copy of the message is not saved in your Sent Items
folder in Microsoft Outlook or in Lotus Notes.RESOLUTIONTo work around this problem, open the message that you
previously saved in your Drafts folder when you log on to the Lotus Notes R5
client, and then copy the content of that message in a new message before you
send it.
NOTE: This problem does not occur when you save a draft in Lotus
Notes, log on to Microsoft Outlook 2002 Connector, and then send the draft that
you previously saved in Lotus Notes. STATUS Microsoft has confirmed
that this is a problem in Microsoft Outlook 2002 Connector.
