SYMPTOMS
When you log on to your Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional-based computer, you may find that your offline files and folders are not available. When you view or use a folder that has been made available offline, the files or folders it contains may be missing.
CAUSEThis problem may occur if all the following conditions are true:
- Your computer is running Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3) or earlier.
- Another user logged on to the computer before you logged on to the computer.
- The other user's local user profile was deleted from the computer.
