"Save to MCMS" Not Listed in Word 2002 (811390)


The information in this article applies to:

SYMPTOMS

After you install Content Management Server (CMS) 2002 Authoring Connector, the Save to MCMS entry is missing in Microsoft Word 2002.

CAUSE

This may occur if Word 2002 does not trust the macros that are included with MCMS 2002 Authoring Connector.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem:
  1. Start Word 2002.
  2. On the Tools menu, point to Macro, and then click Security.
  3. Click the Trusted Sources tab.
  4. Make sure that the Trust all installed add-ins and templates check box is selected.
