Map Channel Names to Host Header Setting Only Works with Default Port Mapping (811297)

SYMPTOMS

If a Website uses a port other than port 80, host header mapping in Content Management Server (MCMS) 2002 does not work. For all pages, you receive one of the following error messages:
HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden
-or-
HTTP Error 404 - Page not found
