OL2002: Error Message When You Open an E-Mail Message in Your HTTP Account After You Install Outlook 2002 Update: December 4, 2002 (811159)

SYMPTOMSWhen you use Outlook 2002 with an HTTP account and you open
or view an e-mail message, you may experience one or more of the following
symptoms:
MSN Hotmail is an example of an HTTP account that you might use
with Outlook 2002. CAUSEThis issue may occur if you apply the Outlook 2002 Update:
December 4, 2002 on a computer on which Microsoft Office XP Service Pack 1
(SP-1) is installed. This occurs because of a dependency between a file in the
Outlook update and a file that is updated by Office XP Service Pack 2 (SP-2).
This problem does not occur if you apply the Outlook 2002 Update:
December 4, 2002 on a computer on which Office XP Service Pack 2 ( SP-2) is
