SYMPTOMS

When you try to connect multiple computers to the Internet by using the Microsoft Broadband Networking programs listed at the beginning of this article, you may not be able to connect more than one computer.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if your Internet service provider (ISP) is AOL Broadband.

The AOL Broadband Internet service does not support the connection of multiple computers through base stations, routers, or gateways, such as the Microsoft Broadband Networking Base Station products.
