Classes_Hive Class Descriptor Is Not Unloaded When You Log Off After You Copy Files to an Encrypted Folder (810708)



The information in this article applies to:

SYMPTOMS

On a computer that is running Microsoft Windows 2000 with Service Pack 3 (SP3) installed, after you copy files to an encrypted folder, the classes_hive class descriptor does not unload when you log off.

If you view the application event log, you will see a "Userenv" entry; if you view the Userenv.log file, you will see an error.

RESOLUTION
