"A Required dll Oleacc.dll Was Not Found" Error Message When You Try to Start Encarta 2003 (810684)

SYMPTOMSWhen you start Encarta 2003 on a Microsoft Windows 98-based
computer, you may receive the following error message: A
required dll oleacc.dll was not found CAUSEThis issue only occurs on Windows 98 First Edition machines.
This issue may occur if the Oleacc.dll file is missing or is the incorrect
version.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue use either of the following methods. Method 1: Use Windows Update Windows Update can be accessed online. To access Windows Update,
visit the following Microsoft Web site: Microsoft Active Accessiblity 2.0 software should be available as
upgrades to the system. Method 2: Install Microsoft Active Accessibility 2.0 To install Microsoft Active Accessibility 2.0, visit the
following Microsoft Downloads Web site: MORE INFORMATIONThe Oleacc.dll file is an Windows Accessibility file.
Encarta 2003 integrates with Microsoft Accessiblity 2.0. Windows 98 First
Edition does not include Microsoft Accessiblity 2.0 software. Versions of
Microsoft Windows after 98 First Edition, install the accessiblity software by
default. The problem will not occur in these versions of Windows.
