When you click a link in any of the following locations, the link may open in Microsoft Internet Explorer instead of in your default browser or in the Help and Support Center.
  • the Help and Support Center
  • the Accessibility Wizard
  • the Magnifier
  • the Narrator
  • the On-Screen Keyboard
  • the File and Settings Transfer Wizard
  • your Active Desktop
