  • You may receive the following error message:
    The user computer_name\domain_name\user_name is currently logged on to this computer. If you continue this user's Windows Session will end and any un-saved data will be lost. Do you want to continue?
    This symptom occurs if you do not have specific logon and logoff options selected. You must make sure that Use the Welcome screen and Use Fast User Switching are enabled.   • Setup may not finish if a second Windows Powered Smart Display device is connected and installed. This occurs because you can only configure one Windows Powered Smart Display device at a time per host computer.
  • You may receive a ZoneAlarm message when you connect your Windows Powered Smart Display device to a USB port. This symptom occurs because the ZoneAlarm software detects your Windows Powered Smart Display device checking for updated drivers.   • You may not be able to type a WEP key as it is displayed on your Wireless Access Point (WAP). Some WAPs use a separate "Seed" keyword that generates the actual WEP key for the wireless network. Make sure that you use the actual WEP key that was generated from the Seed keyword, not the Seed keyword itself.
