SYMPTOMS
When you install a hotfix on your computer that is running
Microsoft BizTalk Server after you upgrade from BizTalk Server version 2000 to
version 2002, you may receive the following error message:
Server: Msg 1781, Level 16, State 1, Line 3
Column
already has a DEFAULT bound to it.
Server: Msg 1750, Level 16, State 1,
Line 3
Could not create constraint. See previous errors.
This
problem occurs when you apply the supplied SQL update scripts that update the messaging
and shared queue databases.
RESOLUTION

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the
Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
