OL2002: "Provide Feedback with Sound" Feature Unexpectedly Turns Off (810212)


The information in this article applies to:

SYMPTOMS

Under the following conditions, the "Provide Feedback with Sound" feature is turned off:
  1. You install Office Sounds.
  2. You turn on the "Provide Feedback with Sound" feature in Outlook 2002.
  3. You open a PowerPoint presentation file (.ppt) in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

STATUS
