SYMPTOMS

When a meeting request is sent from Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server to GroupWise, all invited GroupWise users are invited one hour before the meeting start time. However, when a meeting request is sent from GroupWise to Exchange 2000, all invited Exchange 2000 users are invited one hour after the meeting start time. This problem is a timing issue between the two calendar systems. It occurs only in the month of October.

RESOLUTION

Update rollup information

To resolve this problem, obtain the August 2004 Exchange 2000 Server post-Service Pack 3 update rollup.
