SYMPTOMSSome Canon print drivers do not work in Microsoft Windows Server 2003
after you upgrade from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0.RESOLUTIONWhen you upgrade from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to Microsoft Windows
Server 2003, the system does not block Windows NT 4.0 drivers. However, for
certain Canon printer drivers, after the installation, you have to remove the
existing driver and manually install the Windows Server 2003 driver that is
included with the product.
