Mac Wkst: System 7.0 Custom Icons Not Supported for Enclosures (80020)

When you use Microsoft Mail to send a file enclosure with a custom icon
that was created with System 7.0, the custom icon is lost. The icon
specified by the creator and file type of the file will be used when the
enclosure is downloaded.
STATUS
Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
