This article was previously published under Q78060 SUMMARY
Text that chains across a picture frame in Publisher may have
different baselines if the font sizes differ.
Steps to Reproduce Problem- Draw a text frame on a blank sheet.
- Insert a few returns, then type some text into the frame.
- Insert a picture frame so that text appears on both sides of the
frame.
- Select some of the text on the right side of the frame and choose a
larger point size.
- Use the ruler if necessary to compare the baseline of the two point
sizes.
The text to the right of the picture frame will appear to be somewhat
higher than the text to the left of the frame. This is a display
problem only, as the text will print with the same baseline on both
sides of the frame.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article.
