The Cumulative Work and Cumulative Cost timescale calculations will extend past the end of the project end date to 12/31/49. This is designed to show you the cumulative work or costs of more than one
resource that doesn't end its work at the exact same time. Because a project finish date may not always stay static, it is necessary to extend the timescale past the project finish. If a resource is being shared from a resource pool, not all the projects may have the same finish date.
