This article was previously published under Q76997 SUMMARY
Borland's Turbo Debugger versions 2.0 and later are compatible with
MS-DOS 5.0 only if the Loader file is version 3.0 or later.
MORE INFORMATION
According to Borland, using the version 3.0 Loader will make Turbo
Debugger 2.0 or later compatible with MS-DOS 5.0. The Loader is a file
(TD386.EXE) that works with Turbo Debugger. If the improper Loader
file is used, Turbo Debugger will not function with MS-DOS 5.0. The
version number of the Loader file is found in the documentation that
comes with the software.
TD386.EXE can be obtained from Borland's bulletin board or by calling
