MORE INFORMATIONWorks 4.0, 4.5, and 4.5a
When you merge database fields with a Word Processor document in Works 4.0,
4.5, and 4.5a, the information in the multi-line field wraps based on the
page properties of the Word Processing document. For example, if you merge
a label, the field text wraps to the next line when it reaches the right edge of the label.
Works 2.0 and 3.0
When you merge database fields with a Word Processor document to create
form letters or labels, all of the information in the multi-line field is
printed on a single line. If multi-line fields in the Database module must
wrap when you merge the fields into the Word Processor, the multi-line
fields needs to be separated into multiple fields.
