SysEdit Search Causes UAE with Country Set to United Kingdom (75593)

If the country setting in the International section of the Control Panel is
set to United Kingdom, attempting to do a search in the WIN.INI section of
SysEdit causes an Unrecoverable Application Error (UAE). This only affects
the WIN.INI section.
