SYMPTOMS

If you use Cosmos Revelation Database version G.2, your computer may stop responding (hang) with Microsoft MS-DOS version 5.0.

RESOLUTION

Cosmos recommends that customers who are experiencing these problems upgrade to Advanced Revelation Database version 2.1 to solve this problem.

To upgrade to Advanced Revelation Database 2.1, contact Revelation customer service. The cost for upgrading from Cosmos Revelation Database version G.2 to Advanced Revelation Database version 2.1 is $495 plus $25 shipping and handling.
