SysEdit Uses Incorrect AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS (73822)

SYMPTOMS

When booting a system from a floppy drive, SysEdit brings up the incorrect AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS files.

CAUSE

SysEdit always opens the AUTOEXEC.BAT and the CONFIG.SYS files from the root directory of drive C.

RESOLUTION

To edit the AUTOEXEC.BAT and the CONFIG.SYS files on the floppy drive, use a different text editor.
