You may get the following linker error when you try and build a custom
run-time module if you use the wrong (older) linker:
Unexpected end-of-file
This information applies to Microsoft Basic Professional Development
System (PDS) versions 7.00 and 7.10 for MS-DOS.
When linking Basic PDS 7.00, you must use LINK.EXE version 5.05.
When linking Basic PDS 7.10, you must use LINK.EXE version 5.10.
