Compiling code that attempts to access an undefined element of a
STRUCTURE hangs your machine under MS-DOS and causes a protection
violation under OS/2. The compiler should display the following:
error F2509: (element): not an element of (name)
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in FORTRAN version 5.0. This
problem was corrected in FORTRAN version 5.1.
