SUMMARY

In Microsoft Graph, you can assign one font, size, and type style for all the cells in the datasheet.

To change the font, size, and type style of the data in the datasheet, follow these steps:

  1. On the Format menu (the Datasheet menu in PowerPoint Graph 1.0c), click Font.
  2. Select a font in the Font list box.
  3. Select a size in the Size list box.
  4. Click the type styles you want.
  5. Click OK.
NOTE: The Font and Size lists only show printer fonts and sizes currently installed and selected for PowerPoint's target printer.
