In the Graph datasheet, you can change the width of one column, or of
several columns at once.
To change the width of one or more columns, follow these steps:
- Click on the border button of the column to change. Or, drag across
as many border buttons as the number of columns you want to change.
- On the Format menu (or the Datasheet menu if you are using PowerPoint
Graph 1.0c), click Column Width.
- Type a number between 1 and 255 (the number of characters wide that
the column will be).
- Click OK.
You can also widen columns by positioning the crossbar between two
border buttons and dragging to the desired width. The crossbar turns
into a double arrowhead.
NOTE: The default width is nine characters.
