SUMMARY

In the Graph datasheet, you can change the width of one column, or of several columns at once.

To change the width of one or more columns, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the border button of the column to change. Or, drag across as many border buttons as the number of columns you want to change.
  2. On the Format menu (or the Datasheet menu if you are using PowerPoint Graph 1.0c), click Column Width.
  3. Type a number between 1 and 255 (the number of characters wide that the column will be).
  4. Click OK.
You can also widen columns by positioning the crossbar between two border buttons and dragging to the desired width. The crossbar turns into a double arrowhead.

NOTE: The default width is nine characters.
