PBSETUP Fails on Small Partitions (61598)

If you run PBSETUP in Microsoft Paintbrush, version 2.0 or 4.0, and
designate a logical drive that has been partitioned to be less than 3
megabytes in size, PBSETUP returns an error.
You may receive an error message similar to the following:
Write error on Drive C. Disk may be full
To work around this situation, copy all files from the SETUP/UTILITY
and PROGRAM disks into the \PBRUSH directory, and run PBSETUP from
that directory.
