Guest User Can't View Errors from NIF; NET ERROR Works (60952)

A user with Guest privileges cannot select the "View Net Errors"
dialog box from within NET ADMIN, but the same user can access the NET
ERROR command from a command prompt, and the errors will be displayed on
the screen.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft OS/2 LAN
Manager versions 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2. We are researching this problem and
will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it
becomes available.
