In Microsoft Mail, the keyboard shortcut in the Address window for
Cc (carbon copy) is COMMAND+OPTION+C. The shortcut for Bcc (blind
carbon copy) is COMMAND+OPTION+B.
The COMMAND+C and COMMAND+B key combinations do not perform any
commands in the Address window.
