Mac Gen: Cannot Use Clipboard with Send Mail Command (48881)

The contents of the Clipboard cannot be pasted into either the Subject
or Comments fields of Microsoft Excel's version 2.2 or Microsoft
Word's version 4.00 Send Mail dialog box.
CAUSE
The standard Apple Clipboard is not used internally by Word or Excel
to handle specific data structures.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Mail for AppleTalk
Networks. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
