ALT+File+Print After CTRL+BREAK May Hang Using DTK ROM BIOS (44761)

SUMMARY
It has been reported that printing code (with ALT+File+Print) from the
QuickBasic version 4.5 environment after breaking out of a program
(with CTRL+BREAK) hangs a machine using the DTK ROM BIOS.
One customer reported that the problem was corrected by updating the
machine's BIOS.
However, another customer reported that the problem occurs using the
DTK ROM BIOS version 4.26, which is the latest version for the DTK 386
motherboard (as of November 8, 1991).
Microsoft has not confirmed this information.
