When operating QuickBasic Version 4.50 on a two-floppy system that is
using DOS Version 2.10, it is recommended that you put a copy of
COMMAND.COM on all of your operating QuickBasic disks that have
executable (.EXE) files on them.

file, found on the Utilities 2 disk. This also applies to QuickBasic
Versions 4.00 and 4.00b.
