FIX: You cannot change resource file after you manually edit the Resource.h file (331992)

other than the Properties window of the resource editor) to manually edit the
resource IDs in the Resource.h file of your project. The next time that you
change any resource in that project (such as by editing a string), you receive
the following warning message when you build the project:Project Path\resource.hm(4): warning
