FIX: You cannot change resource file after you manually edit the Resource.h file (331992)

SYMPTOMS

This problem occurs if you use a text editor (or anything other than the Properties window of the resource editor) to manually edit the resource IDs in the Resource.h file of your project. The next time that you change any resource in that project (such as by editing a string), you receive the following warning message when you build the project:Project Path\resource.hm(4): warning RC4005: 'HIDC_BUTTON1' : redefinition

Hotfix information

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time.
