OL2002: You Cannot Programmatically Retrieve the Contact Information in a Contact Link If Outlook 2002 Is Not Running (331938)

SYMPTOMS

If you create a contact link in a message that uses the Contacts button, and the contact that you are linking is located in a Contact folder that is in a Public folder, you cannot programmatically retrieve the contact information in the contact link if Outlook 2002 is not running.

This problem is corrected in Office XP Service Pack 3.
