PXL Files That Are Larger Than 300 KB Do Not Convert at 19200 Baud (331372)

This article was previously published under Q331372 SYMPTOMS When you convert a Pocket Excel (.pxl) file format (300 KB
or larger) on a Handheld PC (HPC) 2000 device, the resulting copy may not
convert to the .xls format that you expect. This occurs when you convert the
.pxl file to the desktop with the baud rate set to 19200.WORKAROUND To work around this problem, you can set the connection
speed for the HPC to a serial port baud rate higher than 19200.STATUSMicrosoft
has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
at the beginning of this article.
MORE INFORMATION This problem does not occur with USB ActiveSync
connections.
