SYMPTOMS
If you are writing a C++ Exchange extension, Microsoft Outlook may quit when it calls the GetIDsFromNames function or the GetNamesFromIDs function on
an IAttach interface for a secure message (a signed message or an encrypted message).
If you are running Outlook 2002 Service Pack 2 (SP-2), Outlook may not quit, but you may receive the following error message:
MAPI_NO_SUPPORT
This behavior occurs only when you are working with new messages.
